Privacy Policy

The data controller responsible for personal data processed through the Deductible web application (the "Service") is Increano, enterprise number 1025.035.226, Rue de l'Union, 41, 1210 Saint-Josse-ten-Noode, Belgium. For privacy requests: privacy@deductible.pro.

We process data you provide or generate when using the Service, including: account details (such as email, name, and profile image if you add one); trip and mileage information you enter; preferences (language, region, units, theme); odometer or related photos you upload (stored in Cloudflare R2); authentication security data (such as Cloudflare Turnstile tokens on sign-in and sign-up); subscription status and payment references as provided by Polar (we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers); technical and security data (such as error reports via Sentry, and server logs via our hosting provider); and session or preference storage (such as session cookies for signed-in use and a theme cookie or local storage entry for display preferences). We do not use your data for unrelated marketing or resale.

We process personal data only to provide, secure, and improve the Service; process subscriptions; prevent abuse; comply with law; and communicate with you about the Service. We do not sell your personal data.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on appropriate bases such as: performance of a contract (providing the Service); legitimate interests (for example security, reliability, and limited analytics necessary to run the app); consent where required (for example where you opt in to optional communications); and legal obligations.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for a reasonable period to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Your data may be processed in the European Union and in other countries where our subprocessors operate (including the United States). Where we transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses when required.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Belgium, the Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be) is the lead authority for Increano. To exercise rights, contact privacy@deductible.pro.

We use cookies and similar storage as needed for authentication sessions, security, and remembering preferences (for example theme). You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may affect sign-in or preferences.

We rely on: Gadget (hosting and application platform); Cloudflare R2 (file storage); Polar (payments and subscription management); Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection on certain forms); and Sentry (error monitoring). Their processing is governed by our agreements with them and, where applicable, the Polar privacy policy and related documents.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
